I’ve been receiving a lot of questions that readers would like me to answer, so I’ve decided to keep their identities concealed and address the questions in this forum… Maybe others are having the same issues.

Why are guys territorial when it comes to you even though you aren’t if you are in a situation where a man in your life is territorial when it comes to you and you are not together, it’s because he wants the two of you to be together.  Most, if not all, of the male friends that you have are your friends because that is the role you selected for the relationship.  When a man is romantically interested in you, things can go one of a few different ways.

  • He lets you know right off of his interest and
    • you feel the same way and you begin to date; or
    • you let him know that you’re not interested and he leaves you alone; or
    • you’re not interested so he shifts gears and switches to being the friend just to have you in his the cases where you never knew of his interest and you’ve just always been friends, either

      • He has realized that he’s not your type.  So he never tells you of his feelings, excepts his role as your friend and hopes that one day things will change; or
      • You have a man so he excepts being your friend, bides his time and waits for that opening that will allow him to be more that just your of these situations apply to you, the point is that he probably wants more.  Emotions are difficult to control.  Even though he may not be verbally sharing his feelings with you, he’s letting you know (maybe unconsciously) that he cares for you by being territorial.

You’ve broken up with your ex and you feel terrible. The number one thing on your mind is how can I get my ex back. An unwanted break up is very painful but you have to keep moving.

Your main concern right now is getting your ex back and how you can accomplish that not tomorrow or next week but right now. It is difficult to come up with a plan when your emotions are in such turmoil.

What would be great is a quick and simple sure-fire plan for getting your ex back but you are probably well aware that it’s not going to be that easy. On the other hand, getting your ex back may not be quite as difficult or impossible as you think.

Somewhere between a magic solution and a long, painful and confusing process there is a strategy that will give you the best chance possible of getting your ex back. But first, you need to get real - accept there are no instant solutions - and get those emotions under control.

You have to be in the right state of mind for any strategy aimed at reunion with your ex to have a chance of working. Be positive, but don’t fool yourself into thinking that you can’t go wrong. The best way to start is stop walking around looking wounded and beat.

Even though you feel wretched it’s important that you behave as though you feel just fine thanks. Act as you normally would and do the things you would normally do.

Does that seem impossible to you? Well it isn’t. Try it, use your imagination. If you pretend you feel ok it won’t be long before you do feel okay.

Once you have your emotions under control it will be time to start working to get your ex back. There are ways to do this so take heart, and be patient.

Hi folks I have been busy again at work but now have time to blog. Over the past few weeks some of the Uk news papers have realley made me hate them because of what they have done to Hannah Bond. The Daily Mail was the worst here is a link the article . They talk about “EMO” and My Chemical Romance Fans as being a cult and she committed suicide because of the band. That is the biggest load of rubbish I have ever heard. EMO is a stereotype not a cult yes some of them do self harm and commit suicide but most of them are “EMO” for the music or how they dress. Much the same with my chemical romance fans they are not a cult they are a group of music lovers of all ages and backgrounds. For this I hate British news papers mostly the sun and the daily mail of you buy either of them please stop. Thanks LiamRHarvey
